Day 1: Hue – Quang Tri – Dong Hoi
Pick
up you at your hotel in Hue, transfer to Quang Tri to visit Vinh Moc Tunnel system
here. It played very important role in the war time in Vietnam for Vietnamese
independence. Vinh Moc Tunnel is more than 2.000m long in the main line. The tunnel
was established in two years and there were the different areas that served the
life under the ground and kept weapons. After visiting the tunnel system, you
visit Hien Luong Bridge which was the line of demarcation between the
North and the South of the country in the time war. Then you transfer to Dong
Hoi which is the main city of Quang Binh province that far from Quang
Tri about 100km. Arrive in Dong Hoi. Time for your leisure. Overnight in Dong
Hoi.
Day 2: Phong Nha Cave – Hue
Have
your breakfast in the hotel and transfer to Minh Hoa Commune that
located far from Dong Hoi City about 50km to visit Phong Nha Cave. This is one
of the amazing cave belong to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park recognized by
UNESSCO twice in 2003 and 2015. There are about several hundreds of caves in
the Phong Nha Cave sytem which is one of the best value caves in the world with
different special features. In the afternoon you drive back to Hue. End the
trip.
